General terms (applies to all orders)
Pricing and delivery
Neter Clothing (We, Us, Our) reserves the right to change prices, colors, materials, specifications and quantities in our catalog, web site, or elsewhere without notice or obligation.
Prices quoted in our catalog do not include shipping. We are not responsible for loss or damage to the product once any product has left our premises.
Delivery dates are only estimated dates of delivery. We specifically disclaim liability for delays in delivery and any resulting consequential damage or losses.
Items provided by 3rd party sources may be shipped from a different location than Our pre-made and on-demand items, thus shipping pricing may differ for similar items and estimated dates of delivery may differ.

We accept VISA, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, JCB and Diners Club.
You may be eligible for a return & refund for the following circumstances only:
- Full Refund – If you don’t receive your order within 60 days
- Full or Partial Refund – If the item is damaged upon receipt, the wrong item, or not as described
- Items must be unworn and in new condition
- We must receive your return/refund request within 7 days of the receipt of the item purchased ( firstname.lastname@example.org or click here ).
- The item must be postmarked within 7 days of the receipt of the”return confirmation email” from Us.
- You are responsible for all shipping fees
- Items must be shipped with the original packing slip
- When returning an order where a promo/gift item was received, please include the promo/gift item with the return. If item is not included, your return/refund may not be processed.
The following circumstances are not eligible for return & refund:
- Items are as described, but you no longer want them or you want to exchange the item with another item.
- If you ordered the incorrect size, please return the item according to our procedures and reorder the correct size.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are needing to return an item, please email us at email@example.com or click here, and include the following
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- Order ID
- Item description and quantity
- Any issues/discrepancies with product (provide images if possible)
After submitting the email, we will contact you with a “return confirmation email” approving your return and the return mailing address you
must use. The item must be postmarked for return within 7 days of receipt of the “return confirmation email”. If it is not postmarked within 7 days of receipt , we have the right to deny your request for a return and refund.
If refunds are granted, they will be returned to the method of payment used to purchase the items.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside Our control (i.e. delayed by a natural disaster, not cleared by customs)
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside of Our control
